A block of time you want to divide into private sessions
If you offer one-on-one sessions such as private lessons you will usually have fixed periods of time you want to fill with these sessions. You want to maintain control over who you see when so that you do not end up with long gaps between sessions and other optimisations.
But this can often lead to a lengthy process of emails or messages as you try to find who wants sessions and when they could attend and then confirm bookings. This process is also prone to mistakes and missed appointments which is a loss to you.
HoneyCal Schedule events allow you to offer sessions in a period on a given date. You followers can then register an interest in having a session during that period. They can indicate how much time they would like as a range and can also indicate their availability with a time range.
You will be able to see these people and drag and drop them into a time line setting the duration of each session. If you place their time slot outside their availability or desired length, an alert appears on the time slot. When you are ready you can set individual time slots as booked. You can then click a button to send emails to the people with newly booked sessions giving them the time details.
If the people with sessions look in HoneyCal their booking will appear at the assigned time, but will only be visible to them and not other followers.
