You can hand pick who can access a calendar or individual events
Normally, anyone with a link to one of your HoneyCal calendars or events can access the details and follow the calendar or book onto the event.
However, sometimes you might want to select who can access these things to keep you more in control of attendees.
For instance, you might be organising a party and don't want people who have not been invited to see it.
You may also have events that are only available to people with paid up memberships.
Perhaps you just don't want people to book onto events until they have reached a certain level in the things you teach or train.
A calendar can be set as private, and this will prevent people from viewing it in HoneyCal unless they have been added as a subscriber by you the calendar owner.
For instance a timetable event for a work rota might be made private so that only staff you add can see the schedule.
An event can also be made private. Again this means that it will not show up in the normal places unless you have added a subscriber as an invitee. They will then be able to see the event and book it if they want.
For instance you may be offering a special class to select students or organising a party and want to control who can come.
Try it online, for free. That might be the easiest way to see what it can do.
